Comfortable, spacious queen room with a lovely bathroom. the location here is perfect, surrounded by beautiful nature 🌿, making it very convenient.

The friendly concierge was just wonderful. We loved the easy and free access to the internet. As well, the computer was very fast and effective.

We loved the hotel and everything about it. However, we had a very negative experience at the end of our stay. The concierge very helpfully, organised a taxi to take us to the airport. This is a complaint against the taxi and not the hotel. The taxi was number 40. His meter for payment was not working. We think this was a set up. He pretended it was not working and then when we arrived, he charged us 20 euros. We would be very happy to hear that this is the normal fee, but we suspect that this is not the case! We would love some feedback on this.

An iron/ironing board, an electronic key card and a work desk available in the guest room. Substantial and marvellous breakfast, with outstanding hot chocolate, tea, slices of fresh bread, cakes and pastries. Location very close to the town centre and the cathedral in the distance.

The staff were excellent. the location was unbeatable in a pretty quiet area. - I was surprised at La Finca nearby, they had some tasty goodies and drinks.

This place is located close to the airport, making it a central spot to stay.

Modern, nice (depends on one's taste), well furnished, spotless clean, very quiet (despite being next to motorway). Efficient and ever-ready staff: requests (baby cot, towels) sorted in a matter of minutes, questions where do we go for... how to get there answered straight away with map provided. Well stocked room minibar. 5min walk to bus stop, 15min ride to city centre.

16.00 check-in is a bit late.

The location of the hotel was very good as the transport links by bus to the centre of the city and to the airport were very convenient.

The food was fresh, including coffee, hot chocolate, slices of fresh bread, cakes, and pastries. the rooms were airy and had a private bathroom. - the hotel is centrally located. - the staff, especially at the reception desk, were excellent and efficient.

The location was unbeatable and peaceful, right next door to a beautiful large park on a hill overlooking Santiago, the town center, and the Cathedral. Diner La Finca, located 1 km away, was a nice surprise.
